Bahia, 20´s. In the countryside the blacks were still treated as slaves despite the abolition. Between them, there is a kid who learned the blows of the Capoeira and also the sense of justice and concentration. He chose a name, Besouro (Beettle) because, as the insect, he could fly. The kid grew up and now he must fight for the freedom of his people.

The Colonel Nascimento, was placed away from BOPE because an unsuccessful operation . Now he´s working at Intelligence Service of Public Security. However, he discover that “the system” which combat the crimes is rotten. His problems increases, his son, Rafael, become a teenager and his ex-wife, now is married with his arch enemy Fraga.
